This Payment Policy explains how payments work when you shop at Anointed Scents.
Accepted payment methods
- Credit and debit cards
- PayFast
- PayFlex (split your payment into instalments, subject to PayFlex's own terms and approval)

Currency and prices
- All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).
- Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude delivery fees and any applicable taxes. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping Policy.
Security
All payments are encrypted and processed securely by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
When you are charged
Your payment is taken at checkout when you place your order. Please check your order details, delivery address and total before you pay.
Declined or cancelled orders
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock availability, payment issues or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled, we will contact you and refund you where applicable.
- If your payment is declined, please check your details or try another payment method.
Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 working days after we receive your returned item. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–5 working days to show the funds. Original delivery fees are not refundable except where required by law or where the return is due to our error. See our Return & Refund Policy.
